Shown are examples from the complete redesign of the kiosk user interface at the Royal Yacht Britannia's visitor centre in Edinburgh.

Kiosk layouts are quite different to web sites and their design needs a different approach. The main difference is the navigation - all buttons need to be larger because they are pressed with the finger rather than clicked with a mouse.
